Commissioning work with JJ Micropolishing is subject to the following company policies:

Production queue/priority of projects: All lead times will depend on current workload, size, quantity, and complexity of the project. You can generally expect that your piece will take between 4 and 7 business days to complete. However, it is possible that may be completed more quickly (or more gradually) based on various factors.
If there are extreme unexpected delays, all customers will receive a 72 hour notification regarding their expected finish date.

Payments and Property: All projects require a 50% deposit to secure your position in the production queue, which is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due-in-full after the work has been completed and your item is ready for transfer. We accept Venmo, Paypal, or cash in USD only. Clients will have 90 days from date of completion to remit their final payments, after that time your items may be discarded or sold. Installment options may be available for certain projects, please inquire for more information.

Workmanship Guarantee: While we aren’t authorized to warranty your parts directly, we do stand behind the quality of our craft. If you are dissatisfied with the results of your polishing project, we will make every reasonable effort to correct it, and all requests for adjustments or refinishing will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In the unlikely event that your item becomes damaged as the result of the process, we will replace it. No refunds will be given after work has been completed.

General Disclaimer: While micropolishing will result in overall improved performance and an increased lifespan of your item, we can’t make any specific claims on exact metrics or definitive statistics. The end-result of every micropolished part will yield different efficiencies that will vary based on a host of other factors.

Photography and Marketing: Your items may be photographed (or otherwise recorded) at any time during the micropolishing process, and these images may be used in our marketing efforts (website, social media, etc). If you would prefer to opt-out of this practice, please let us know prior to placing your order.

Size Limitations: Each our our machines is 3.5 cubic feet, and therefore can only accommodate items up to a certain size. If you think that your product may be too big (or too small), please reach out to us to discuss.
